But Pep Guardiola’s recent understudy, Mikel Arteta, is in worse shape: Arsenal can end the weekend in the bottom five, slipping ever closer to the relegation zone.

How much longer can this go on for the Gunners? Probably not much more, as Arsenal has an easier run of games after Everton and Chelsea. But those teams will think they can get results now too, and with Big Sam in charge at West Brom, that match becomes tougher.

Everton is a better team than the Gunners, and to get the hosts at +143 on the money line is worth it.
