Wolverhampton or Crystal Palace could move into Premier League top four with win Friday

The beginning of the new Premier League season has been a little weird, to say the least.

The table will surely look much different in two months, as the two Manchester teams get going, which already seems to be happening.

But Wolverhampton and/or Crystal Palace can continue to put pressure on the teams around them with a win Friday. Both teams come in on 10 points (3 wins one draw two losses), and are very similar in their styles. I would think this is a 1-0/1-1 type of encounter.

In the Championship, top of the table Reading visits Coventry City Friday.

While Reading has been scoring goals of late (13 in its seven-game unbeaten run with six wins), Coventry City has struggled to do so, with just two goals in a month. Coventry has been shut out four times in six, and that could continue today.
