In early Saturday Premier League play, Miller picks Everton vs Liverpool and Chelsea vs Southampton, plus two player prop bets

Everton (+295) vs. Liverpool (-125), draw (+310), 7:30 a.m. EDT (NBCSN and Fubo.tv); Chelsea (-200) vs. Southampton (+510), draw (+340), 10 a.m. EDT (NBCSN and Fubo.tv)

Well, this is a big Merseyside Derby.

Everton thinks it can finish top four, and right now, must also be thinking it can win the title after four wins from four to start the Premier League campaign.

But the Toffees NEVER (I cannot stress this enough, NEVER) show up when they play local rivals Liverpool. Their last win was October 17, 2010 (exactly a decade ago, hmmm…), and they have gone 0-11-11 since then. Everton has scored eight goals in the last 15 meetings, and just once have posted more than one in that time.

Is this finally the game where the Toffees break the hex, and announce their presence with authority?

I would probably lean towards a draw.
