Bet Saturday Major League Soccer: Andrew Chase picks Orlando vs New York, Toronto vs Philadelphia, Dallas vs Columbus

Orlando City vs. New York Red Bulls, 4:30 pm EDT; Toronto FC vs. Philadelphia Union, 7:30 pm; FC Dallas vs. Columbus Crew, 8:30 pm

The MLS took the week off but is back today with a multitude of solid games. Last weekend we went 2-1, and we look to continue this momentum today. Here are my plays for Saturday:

Orlando City vs. New York Red Bulls - 4:30 PM EDT

Orlando City has not lost in their last 8 matches. Their form has been incredible since they steamrolled the MLS is Back tournament in Orlando. Many people thought that this tournament was just a fluke for the club since the bubble was in Orlando, but they have proved everyone wrong and will do it again today.

The Play: Orlando City ML -115 - 1 Unit

Toronto FC vs. Philadelphia Union - 7:30 PM EDT

Toronto FC and the Philadelphia Union are the headlining game for this Saturday's MLS slate. Toronto crushed the league-leading Columbus Crew last weekend 3-1, and have not lost in their last four matches. Toronto proved they are legit with this impressive win over the powerful Crew. But Philadelphia stands in their way, also coming in with a record of 6W-2D-1L since August 5. The Union's only loss during this period? The Columbus Crew. It will be a great game from 2 of the top 3 teams, but Philadelphia coming in as the underdog is too good not to take in case the game ends in a draw.

The Play: Philadelphia Union +0.5 -115 - 1 Unit

FC Dallas vs. Columbus Crew - 8:30 PM EDT

I don't know if I mentioned the Columbus Crew enough during my last pick. They are the real deal. They also have not lost to FC Dallas in their past three meetings with 2 wins and 1 draw. Brushing the Crew's loss to Toronto to the side, they had an incredible run of form leading up to that game. FC Dallas has also enjoyed a nice return to MLS play after sitting out the MLS is Back tournament due to COVID-19 ravaging their squad. Their last two games have not been so favorable, however, and today will continue that trend for Dallas with the Columbus Crew bouncing back on track.

The Pick: Columbus Crew Pick Em -110 - 1 Unit

Andrew Chase is 37.5-20.5-11 betting on Major League Soccer since July 8, up a grand total of 18.5 units. Best of luck today to everyone and please play responsibly!
