Liverpool, Arsenal, both with title ambitions in Premier League, meet Monday in early test

If you watched any of this weekend’s Premier League, you will know that this season is going to be much different than any other in history.

New sides are rising to the challenge, but they are also ones that had an extra break over the summer. Liverpool was one of those sides, as it was knocked out of the UEFA Champions League early, and had the title wrapped up so they could rest some players.

Arsenal fans think the Gunners can challenge for the title this season, and they have this third week test that could go a long way towards telling us if they will or won't.

Liverpool should put the pretenders in their place Monday, but this weekend was a weird one, so who knows.

Also, until they change this new handball rule, I would take a shot on a penalty scored by either or both, and the over, on many of the matches. It is being called so far at an alarming rate, to the point now where managers are almost openly rebelling live on TV against the rule.
