EFL Carabao Cup Round Three: Miller has picks and parlays for Leyton Orient vs Tottenham, Luton Town vs Manchester United, and more

Leyton Orient vs. Tottenham, begins at 1 pm EDT, Newport County vs. Watford at 2 pm EDT, West Ham United vs. Hull City at 2:30 pm EDT, and Luton Town vs. Manchester United kicks off at 3:15 pm EDT.

Leyton Orient has been ravaged by the COVID-19 virus, just as the club had a decent shot to beat Tottenham.

It will be interesting now to see the team that Jose Mourinho puts out for both days, as he will probably split the squad.
