There is little doubt that Bayern Munich is the best team in the world.
That much was proven since the COVID-19 restart.
Bayern Munich won the treble (Bundesliga, DFB Pokal, UEFA Champions League), finishing it all off with a 1-0 win over PSG to lift the European Cup.
Now, they have to do it all over again, although the Bundesliga will probably be the easiest of the three.
Bayern takes on FC Schalke 04 Friday to kick off the new league, which is also on a new network (ESPN).
Look for Bayern to get off to a good start.
