UEFA Europa League Final pits two powerhouse sides looking for European glory — Miller picks Sevilla vs Inter

After 421 days of craziness, the 2019-20 UEFA Europa League will FINALLY come to its conclusion tonight in Kӧln, Germany with two European powerhouses battling for the crown.

Sevilla, which is the record winner of this tournament (five titles since 2005) and Internazionale, which has three UEFA Cups (the predecessor of the Europa League) and three European Cups (UEFA Champions League) to its name, will face off in an intriguing final Friday afternoon.

Inter was the more impressive side in the semifinals, blitzing Shakhtar 5-0, while Sevilla was battered up and down the pitch by Manchester United (outshot 23-5) but found a way to move on with a 2-1 win.

As much as I think Sevilla is the master of this tournament, Inter is playing very well right now, and should find a way to win. But if Conte’s side reverts to their form in big matches this season, it could be Sevilla’s time to shine once again.
