One last match for every team in the EFL Championship, all at the same time, to see which teams get promoted to the Premier League, make the playoffs, stay in the league, or get relegated.

Brentford blew its chance to have matters in its own hands last weekend, and now West Bromwich Albion can join Leeds United in the top flight as long as the Baggies equal or better Brentford’s result: ie, win and they are in.
