Dinamo Minsk looks to go 20 games unbeaten against city rival FC Minsk

To say there is a rivalry between Dinamo Minsk and FC Minsk might be overstating it, because a rivalry usually has both teams winning some games.

This match has not.

Dinamo Minsk, bruised after a 1-0 loss at home last weekend to newcomers Ruhk Brest, now has to head out on the road to take on FC Minsk, which was a 3-1 victor over Belshina Bobruisk.

Dinamo Minsk is unbeaten in 19 matches (dating back to 2012) against FC Minsk, and would love to make it an even 20 with a victory Saturday.

To say that the matches have not been competitive, though, is incorrect: there are two draws (3-3 and 0-0) and a 3-2 win for Dinamo Minsk.

Despite those two high-scoring contests, the head to head under 2.5 goals has come out in eight of 10 games. But these teams also have not kept clean sheets of late. The over 2.5 goals could be a value play.
