Premier League Sunday: Miller picks the big match, Manchester City vs Liverpool -- also Juventus vs AC Milan in Serie A

This is it.

There will be other meetings down the road for Liverpool and Manchester City this season, since they are unquestionably the two best teams in the world. But today is the day the Premier League can be decided. If Liverpool wins, it opens up an eight-point lead over the rest at the top of the Premier League table, and nine over City. If the Cityzens head to Anfield and pull out a victory, the lead is three heading into the international break, and they have two-thirds of the season to play.
