It will be a battle between the fourth and fifth place teams in the East when Philadelphia travels to Boston on Monday. Philadelphia is 3-7 in their last 10 and Boston is an even 5-5. The Bruins are fresh off of a 7-5 victory over the surging Pittsburgh Penguins, whereas Philadelphia fell just short against the New York Islanders on Saturday. Although they sit outside of the top 3 in the division, Both of these teams have the potential to do damage in the playoffs.

The Bruins are 19-10-5 on the season and are averaging 3.2 goals per game in their last 5. The Philadelphia Flyers are 17-14-5 and are averaging 2.4 goals per game. Although the Flyers are playing better lately, lean on the Bruins here as they're a bit more consistent and are flying high after the win over Pittsburgh. Catch this Moneyline before it goes any higher.

PICK: Boston Bruins Moneyline (-170)

Colorado Avalanche (-160) @ Minnesota Wild (+140), 8 pm EDT

The Colorado Avalanche are the hottest team in the league right now, sitting comfortably at the top of the Western division. No other team is performing as dominantly – 9-1 in their last 10 games, the Avalanche are averaging 5.2 goals per game while only allowing 2.2. On Monday night, Colorado will meet the No. 3 seed in the West, the Minnesota Wild.

The Wild are 6-4 in their last 10 and have shown both signs of promise as well as signs of concern. Losing two in a row to a struggling San Jose Sharks club recently and then immediately bouncing back to defeat a very good Las Vegas team twice is concerning. Inconsistency like that spells doom against a team as red-hot as Colorado, because there's no room for error. The last two times these teams met, Colorado dominated both meetings, 5-1 and 6-0. Even though this game will be played in St. Paul, Colorado has played just as well on the road as they have at home. Take Colorado on the Moneyline.

PICK: Colorado Avalanche Moneyline (-160)
