The Flyers have scored six goals in the seconds periods of their last three games, which sounds even more impressive when you find out they had scored six second-period goals (and allowed 23) in the 14 games prior to that.
Now that they have seemed to solve that Middle 20 Crisis and since the Bruins are more effective in the first (+8) and third (+4) stanzas than the second (+2) it is worth a shot here.
In fact, since our NFL weekend didn’t go so well, we’re gonna double up our normal $5 stake on the +200 and go for glory. Just remember, in this instance a draw in the period loses.
