NHL: Devils @ Bruins, 7 p.m.

TV: NESN, MSG+, DirectTV 769, 770

Devils (12-16-7) +175 @ Bruins -(20-13-4) -210

Pick: Bruins money line -210

This pick is as easy as it could get. Thursday morning the Devils announced that F Taylor Hall will be out of the lineup a lower body injury, accompanying F Marcus Johansson, who is also day-to-day, in the press box. At this point, everyone knows the Devils have been under-performing this season but without their first- and second-line left-wingers, the team is lacking even more scoring punch up front than normal. This is going to be a very difficult game for the Devils to stay competitive in, let alone win without those two. Rookie G Mackenzie Blackwood will get another nod in goal but he can only do so much behind the Devils lackluster defense.

F Patrice Bergeron is back from a rib injury for the Bruins, joining F David Pastrnak and F Brad Marchand on the top line, a deadly trio that puts up points every game. Look for them to light it up here. We love the Bruins in this one.
