Happy Friday, everyone! The preseason is coming to a close, and we couldn’t be happier. Week 3 of preseason games indicates that the NFL’s regular season is just around the corner, giving NFL fans life again.
Before we get to the regular season, however, tonight’s games still have to be played. There are only three games on the slate tonight, so we’ve come up with our best bet in each of them, hopefully making the action a bit more fun. Let’s get into it!

HardRock Bet was the only book that offered this line, every other site had the Jaguars at -7. We would still take the Jaguars at -7, but if a book is offering better odds, why not take it? Who wants a push opportunity, anyhow?
In all seriousness, we are excited to see what the Jaguars will do against the Atlanta Falcons tonight. The Jaguars have looked dominant in the preseason to this point, and the Falcons have looked anything but.
Even if Trevor Lawrence doesn’t get much run tonight, we’re confident in Mac Jones’ ability to lead this team to a dominant win over the Falcons, winning by at least seven points.
Tonight’s matchup between the Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers should be interesting. Neither team has shown up in a big way during the preseason, giving us limited information on how this game might turn out.
With that in mind, our best bet is that this game will be pretty close throughout, and we don’t anticipate that either team will win by more than a field goal. We’re going with the Dolphins at +3, just to be safe.
This spread could be -8.5 or -9, and we’d still take the 49ers. The Las Vegas Raiders don’t have much to play for in this preseason game, mainly because they have already established their starting QB.
Gardner Minshew is slated to lead the team in 2024, and Aidan O’Connell should be the backup, so there’s nothing for them to prove. The 49ers, on the other hand, have an interesting battle for their backup, as Josh Dobbs played well last week.
We expect him and Brandon Allen to duke it out this week, giving the 49ers a huge edge in this one. That said, we love the 49ers to win this game by at least seven points.
