NFL Week 10 early games: Jared Hackmyer picks Giants vs Eagles, Lions vs Football Team, Bucs vs Panthers, more

Breakout Player: RB Leonard Fournette
Tampa Bay got absolutely embarrassed by the New Orleans Saints last week. As we know, Tom Brady comes back hard after losses, and that is one reason I’d expect Tampa Bay to cover the spread and come out on top. After one week of WR Antonio Brown adjusting to the new system, his role should be bigger. Carolina has been competing in every game, even against Kansas City. There are just too many weapons in Tampa’s offense.
BROWNS (-3) Texans (46)
Jared’s Pick: Browns
Breakout Player: WR Jarvis Landry
With RB Nick Chubb active for Cleveland, the Browns’ offense has a whole new look. Earlier this season, when RBs Kareem Hunt and Chubb were both healthy, Cleveland’s running game was extremely hard to stop. Going against one of the NFL's worst defenses, I think Cleveland will win decidedly.
LIONS (-3.5) Football Team (46.5)
Jared’s Pick: Lions
Breakout Player: RB D'Andre Swift
With star WR Kenny Golladay out for Detroit, Washington’s defense is catching a huge break. Detroit is clearly the better team overall, but I think the Football Team will keep this game close. Lion QB Matt Stafford is going to need a big game on the ground from RB D'Andre Swift, as Washington is only fair against the run and was bad last week.
PACKERS (-13) Jaguars (50)
Jared’s Pick: Packers
Breakout Player: RB Aaron Jones
Jacksonville has not won a game since Week 1 and look worse every game. Green Bay is a clear contender. With most of their weapons on offense and defense healthy, I can see this being a game similar to last week's Packers-Niners contest when the Packers showed no mercy.
GIANTS (+4) Eagles (44)
Jared’s Pick: Giants
Breakout Player: RB Wayne Gallman
The Giants have a ton of momentum going into this week's matchup against Philly, after last week's win over Washington. New York gets better every week and are a better team since they last played the Eagles. Their biggest issue is closing games. Like they are every week, the Giants should be in this game all four quarters, with maybe even a small lead. They've found numerous ways to lose games to Philadelphia over the years, and they may well lose this one, but I think they're due to beat the Birds.
