Late Sunday NFL games: Jared Hackmyer picks Eagles vs Cowboys, Chargers vs Broncos, Saints vs Bears, more

The best game to watch should be the 49ers at the Seahawks.

Jared’s Pick: Chargers

Breakout Player: QB Justin Herbert

Justin Herbert has been torching defenses in his first games as an NFL quarterback. He has a ton of weapons on offense, and I think it’s too much for Denver. after watching Denver get blown out last week by Kansas City, it makes me feel more confident that L.A. will cover the spread.

Saints (-4.5) BEARS (43.5)

Jared’s Pick: Saints

Breakout Player: RB Alvin Kamara

Last week’s loss to the Rams was a huge momentum killer for Chicago. New Orleans’ defense has been playing better which is helping them big time, and could be huge against a struggling offense like the Bears. Chicago’s defense has been playing great, aside from last week but with the Saints having a top offense, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Bears struggle again.

SEAHAWKS (-3) 49ers (54)

Jared’s Pick: Seahawks

Breakout Player: WR Tyler Lockett

After watching the Seahawks lose their first game of 2020 last week, this game is totally up in the air. MVP candidate, Russell Wilson, will be going against one of the best defenses in the NFL for the second straight week. The 49ers will definitely put up a fight, but Seattle's deep threats may be the difference.

Breakout Player: QB Carson Wentz

Dallas has shown that without Dak Prescott, they are incapable of winning football games. Coming off of a 22-point loss to the Washington Football Team, it wouldn’t make sense to have any confidence in them covering this week.
