Miles Sanders is going to have to rush for 200 yards Sunday night, if the Eagles are to have any shot of beating the 49ers.

Considering that there will be about as many effective wide receivers on the Birds’ game-day roster as there are in Cliff Claven’s kitchen . . . And the fact that Carson Wentz right now couldn’t hit the broad side of a disease-infected Air Force One . . . the Eagles have two chances to win Sunday:
