The Cowboys have once again given the Eagles a “Get Out of Second Place in the NFC East Free” card and it is high time the Birds take advantage of it. But they need someone – anyone! – to do something that gets them a victory.
Eli Manning is just that someone.
Manning will start at quarterback for the Giants Monday night in the absence of Daniel Jones (ankle), who had his second three-interception game of the season last week against the Packers.
Manning, who hasn’t thrown a pass in a game since Sept. 15, has tossed at least one pick in each of his last six contests against the Eagles. The folks at FanDuel know this, which is why the odds are -215. A little steep, but we are in.
