Boop on Week 14 Prop Bets for Eagles vs. Giants - Eli Manning, Miles Sanders, Daniel Jones, Jake Elliott, Doug Pederson

The Cowboys have once again given the Eagles a “Get Out of Second Place in the NFC East Free” card and it is high time the Birds take advantage of it. But they need someone – anyone! – to do something that gets them a victory.

Eli Manning is just that someone.

Manning will start at quarterback for the Giants Monday night in the absence of Daniel Jones (ankle), who had his second three-interception game of the season last week against the Packers.

Manning, who hasn’t thrown a pass in a game since Sept. 15, has tossed at least one pick in each of his last six contests against the Eagles. The folks at FanDuel know this, which is why the odds are -215. A little steep, but we are in.

Manning To Throw Interception . . . $10.75 / $5.00

>>> The Giants have not made a field goal of longer than 45 yards all season. The Eagles’ Jake Elliott made a 48-yarder last week (and missed a 49-yarder), just his second make of 47+ all season.

We lost on this last week, but it stands as one of our favorite props provided by DraftKings, especially in a cold, wet, blah Lincoln Financial Field.

Longest Field Goal Under 46.5 (-115) . . . $5.75 / $5.00

(Void if none made)

>>> Last week, we thought Miles Sanders was steadily streaming toward having the Eagles’ first 100-yard rushing performance since the Truman Administration, but those stinky Dolphins forged back into the lead . . . and no one runs the ball when they are trailing.

Since the Giants have have a fourth-quarter lead for a grand total of eight seconds since Oct. 1, we don’t see that being a problem this week. FanDuel and PointsBet provide the necessary odds.

Miles Sanders Rushing Yards –

Over 61.5 (-108 FD) . . . $5.40 / $5.00

Over 100 (+155 PB) . . . . $3.00 / $4.65

Over 125 (+350 PB) . . . . $2.00 / $7.00

● ● ●

>>> In three of their six road games this season, the Giants have allowed the home team to score in every quarter. FanDuel is offering +120 that the Eagles will do this at the Linc.

After blowing a 14-point lead to Miami last week, I do not see Doug Pederson taking his foot off the gas until the Giants team buses have cleared the Walt Whitman Bridge.

Eagles Score in Each Quarter . . . $5.00 / $6.00

● ● ●

>>> The Eagles had 28 points on the board before the third quarter was five minutes old last week. The Monday Night rain may play against this some, but we think the Eagles Over 26.5 is a gimme. New York has allowed at least that many points in 10 of its 12 games this season.

Eagles Over 26.5 Points . . . $5.75 / $5.00

● ● ●

>>> Raise your hand if you knew tight end Josh Perkins had been promoted from the Eagles’ practice squad and played on Special Teams last week. Yeah, neither did we.

He had five catches last season and even has a touchdown under his belt with the Falcons in 2016. DraftKings has +2200 for him to score Monday night, and he is one of our picks for the Eagles’ TD makers. So is rookie wide receiver JJ Arcega-Whiteside, who closed out the first half with a score last week.

To Score Any Touchdown –

Josh Perkins (+2200 DK) . . . . . . $1.00 / $22.00

Boston Scott (+900 FD) . . . . . . . $2.00 / $18.00

Arcega-Whiteside (+700 DK). . . $2.00 / $14.00

Dallas Goedert (+180 DK) . . . . . . $3.00 / $7.20

● ● ●

>>> FanDuel has Boston Scott at +10000 to score two touchdowns. That is well-worth 100 of our hard-earned pennies.

Boston Scott 2 TDs . . . $1.00 / $100.00

● ● ●

>>> The Eagles are favored by 9 points (or thereabouts) in most places. We are thinking they win by something closer to two touchdowns as they look to take their recent struggles out on somebody.

So let’s play around with a couple of Alternate Lines to round out our wagers to an even $60.00.

Eagles -9.5 (+105) . . . $8.00 / $8.40

Eagles -13.5 (+170) . . . $5.35 / $9.10
