Normally I like to use the rebound theory and go against the backup QB in his second game after a win in his first game, but Saint Nick Foles is no normal backup QB. Wasn't impressed with Texans' win last week against Jets team playing for nothing but pride; Eagles are 3-1 since the Debacle in the Big Easy and have their confidence back. If they get up early, I see them prevailing against a team making back-to-back trips up North. Lean to home side.
