Jackpot.com, the online lottery courier company that allows players to purchase official state lottery tickets on their phone or computer has announced an exclusive collaboration with 7-Eleven Inc.
7-Eleven is the largest convenience store chain in the world and Jackpot.com will serve as its official lottery courier service. The program will initially be launched in over 600 7-Eleven and Speedway stores in Ohio and Massachusetts. 7-Eleven customers in both states will be able to sign up with Jackpot and play lottery games and scratchers. They also get a free lottery ticket promo on their first deposit when they use the code 7ELEVEN.
Jackpot CEO and co-founder, Akshay Khanna confirmed the collaboration.
"We're thrilled to work with 7-Eleven, the leading retailer of lottery tickets in the country. Leveraging our technology and innovation, we can provide additional convenience for their customers, while adding an additional source of revenue. A true win-win relationship for all."
For Jackpot, this partnership is a welcome development because it makes it easier for gambling 7-Eleven customers to purchase lottery tickets. Jackpot launched its courier service in Ohio in 2023 and followed up the milestone with its Massachusetts unveiling in 2024. The two states have many 7-Eleven shops, making Jackpot partnership highly strategic.
Additionally, both states have high revenue potential. Ohio is the US's seventh-largest lottery market, while the Massachusetts lottery produced $1.2 billion in net profit for the commonwealth in the 2024 fiscal year.
Jackpot is an online company that helps players purchase lottery tickets without visiting physical stores. Players need to sign up via the company app or website and place ticket orders. Jackpot activates these orders by making purchases on clients’ behalf and informing them of the eventual results.
The company currently operates in Colorado, Arkansas, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, Texas and New Jersey. However, its objective is to spread into all states that allow gambling.
The US premier convenience retailing franchise, 7-Eleven boasts more than 13,000 stores in the US and Canada. Also, it operates franchises like Speedway, Stripes, Raise the Roost Chicken and Biscuits, and Laredo Taco Company. The corporation is known for several special brands like the Big Bite, Big Gulp, and Slurpee. Its partnership with Jackpot allows its registered customers to purchase lottery tickets remotely.
