BetMGM launches Pennsylvania sports-betting app

BetMGM, the online operation of gambling giant MGM Resorts, Friday began sports-betting operations in Pennsylvania.

The BetMGM app—available for iOS and Android devices--enables gamblers throughout the state to place wagers via mobile devices and PCs (www.betmgm.com), and to customize pre-game, live in-play, futures and parlay bets. Users will also be able to participate in MGM’s M Life Rewards program, earning points that can be redeemed at any of the chain’s brick-and-mortar casinos including Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City and Bellagio Las Vegas.

The launch follows BetMGM’s just-announced deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers that makes it the team’s first Official Gaming and Sports Betting Partner.
