Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa, which last June became the first local gambling den to offer legal sports betting, has announced plans for a permanent facility that will, according to Big B officials, “integrate an entertaining bar experience with sports wagering.”
Not much else has been divulged about what the casino’s $11 million will buy, including exactly where the new betting parlor will be located (somewhere near the poker room entrance in the rear seems most logical).
Since mid-June, Borgata’s sports book has shared space with its 15-year-old horse-race book.
