I know that Harvard is at home, and I know that if they lose today all that has to happen for them to be knocked out of the Ivy League Tournament is for Cornell to beat Columbia. Don’t care; Princeton is the better team by a mile, if “a mile” means one hundred spots in the Pomeroy Rankings. Princeton will want this game too; if they win, they clinch a tie for first place. They beat the Crimson by seven on Friday, they score an average of almost eight more points per game, and their average margin of victory as a road favorite is 10.2 points. Yesterday, Yale came out entitled and flat, and Cornell rolled them. Trust me, I saw that performance and it enraged me. The Tigers saw that too, no doubt, or at the very least they heard about it, and they don’t want to emulate Yale. I mean, who does? Princeton finishes off Harvard today.
