Princeton Tigers at Dartmouth Big Green, 2 pm Eastern

The Pick: Princeton -4 (-112), bet $11.11 to win $10; over 133.5 (-107), bet $10.64 to win $10

Princeton has won nine in a row, averages 80.8 points per game, and has scored under 70 points only once this season. Their adjusted offense per Pomeroy is 62nd in the nation, which is somewhat amazing. I understand the Tigers are on the road, but the Big Green is only 2-3 there. Dartmouth will try to slow the game down but their defense (adjusted 179th) is mediocre at best. The reason I like the over is, Princeton’s defense is worse (adjusted 274th). Both teams give up more than 69 points per game; that clears the 133.5 total easily.

Brown Bears at Columbia Lions, 2 pm Eastern

The Pick: Brown -9.5 (-118), bet $8.85 to win $7.50

Despite them having lost three in a row, I continue to like Brown. Two of those three losses were to Yale in a nail-biter and at Princeton in a nail-biter (the loss to Dartmouth, I throw up my hands). According to Pomeroy, the Bears are 164th nationwide, firmly respectable. On the other hand, according to Pomeroy, Columbia is the 14th worst team in the country. I’m going to make a smaller play because the spread is high and Brown will be playing in that fifth-story efficiency walk-up Columbia calls a gym. But I’ll further show my faith in the Bears by…

The Pick: Moneyline Parlay - Princeton (-190) w/Brown (-590), true price -127, bet $18.98 to win $15

and…

The Pick: Teaser - Princeton +1.5 w/Brown -3.5 w/Harvard +4.5, +140, bet $15 to win $21

…I’ll throw in Harvard on a tease which gives two usual Ivy powerhouses points on the road. Cornell’s one Ivy League win this season came against Dartmouth. Their best win of the season was against Colgate. Harvard can’t afford to drop any more games, as they’re flirting with falling out of playoff range. I think the game is close, so take the points. Cornell’s adjusted tempo is fourth in the nation, so I also think it’ll be high-scoring…so why not just for fun:

Parlay: Princeton (-190) w/Brown (-590) w/Harvard/Cornell over 154.5, true price +244, bet $5 to win $12.18
