The marquee matchup on Tuesday night features the 6-5 Warriors attempting to play spoiler against the Oklahoma City Thunder, who sit at 10-1 on the year. In that matchup, look for Alex Caruso to produce one of his first big performances of the season.
Elsewhere, look for rookie sensation Cedric Coward to continue to rebound well and score in transition against the New York Knicks in his MSG debut.
Coward and the Grizzlies begin their away stretch tonight at MSG against the Knicks as they look to get back into the win column. One bright spot for the Grizzlies in the early season has been rookie Cedric Coward.
The lanky wing is averaging 14.8 PPG and 6.2 RPG this season, hitting this prop mark in four of his last six games. With New York hanging onto a four-game win streak, a fast-paced game benefits Coward as a top rebounder for the Grizzlies.
Caruso has been slightly overshadowed by the rise of Ajay Mitchell in the backcourt this season, while Isaiah Joe and Cason Wallace continue to contribute in their key role spots.
With that being said, the two-time champion should play a major role in this primetime matchup against Golden State. AC has played around 20 MPG this year.
However, without Jalen Williams and tonight without Lu Dort and Aaron Wiggins, Caruso should play a key role and gain more minutes in this one. This is a statement game for the 10-1 Thunder, which means added minutes for the two-way guard.
Nesmith is one of the top options now for a struggling Indiana squad that is full of injuries. However, with Andrew Nembhard back at the point, Nesmith should get some great looks in this game against a struggling Jazz defense.
Utah is bottom-10 in PPG allowed to the small forward spot, and with Nesmith hitting 3+ threes in three of his last four games, this is one of the best bets of the night.
