The Pick: under 210.5 points (-115), bet $11.50 to win $10
It’s do-or-die for Boston tonight, with the Celtics’ backs up against the wall in Game 6. They’ll respond in one of either two ways: Either they rise up and seize the day, forcing a Game 7 on Sunday, or they wilt under the pressure. Either result favors the under, to me. If Boston rises up, it’s going to be with their defense. If they wilt, they’re not going to score. Also, since Golden State knows it has Game 7 if anything goes wrong for them tonight, there’s a chance they can take their foot off the gas if it means conserving energy for stars Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green. Personally, I think it’s going to be a ragged game in front of a raucous Boston crowd. The Celtics defense, win or lose, keeps the score down.
