Dallas Mavericks at Utah Jazz, 10 pm Eastern
The Pick: Utah +1 (-114), bet $11.40 to win $10
(shrug) I still think this series is going seven games. The return of Luka Doncic to Dallas’ lineup makes me believe the Mavericks will win the series, but they’ll have to do it at home in Game 7. Utah star Donovan Mitchell tweaked his hamstring in Game 5 on Tuesday, but an MRI was negative and he says he’ll be playing. The Jazz still have a homecourt advantage, where they’re 15-3 in their last 18 games, 12-2 in their last 14 games at home against the Mavericks, and they will be giving it all they have to keep the series alive. Dallas is the better team, but a home dog is a home dog and again, this series has screamed “Seven games” from the get-go.
