Cleveland Cavaliers at Golden State Warriors, 8:30 pm Eastern

Memphis Grizzlies at Los Angeles Lakers, 9:30 pm Eastern

The Pick: Moneyline Parlay, Brooklyn w/Golden State w/Los Angeles +142, bet $10 to win $14.27

I view this as getting value to take the Los Angeles Lakers at home. Obviously, a moneyline parlay means multiple things have to happen, but I like Brooklyn at home against a depleted San Antonio team that’s lost four of their last five to the Nets and four of the last five against the spread on the road. I also like Golden State winning when they have All-Star and team leader Klay Thompson returning. Yeah, I see the Warriors wanting to win this game at home. That leaves Los Angeles, who plays a hot Memphis team, true. But the Grizzlies are on the second game of a road back-to-back, and LeBron James is expected to play tonight. James may not be the James of old, but he’s still LeBron James and LeBron James generally shows up when his team is facing a rising superstar. So basically (twisted logic or no), I consider this a value play on the Lakers…
