Friday NBA Playoff Props: Fats picks Michael Porter Jr., Devin Booker, Trae Young, Chris Paul, Tobias Harris

Sixers at HAWKS 7:35 pm EDT, Suns at NUGGETS 10:05 pm.

2-3 yesterday. I thought some normalcy would return to the NBA in the playoffs, but last night neither of the two highest scoring teams in the League broke 90 and Clippers coach Ty Lue continued to play musical chairs with his rotation. Winning these bets is hard enough when teams play as expected. When half the games are outliers . . . well, maybe they're not outliers.

Friday Playoff Picks

Two games, Six plays.

All wagers and returns based on $10. Please check game time lineups before wagering.

Sixers at HAWKS 7:35 pm EDT, Suns at NUGGETS 10:05 pm.

3-pointers: Michael Porter Jr. (Nuggets) double-double +600 (returns $70.00) I rarely make two plays on the same player and the odds reflect the likelihood of this happening – Porter is not a double-digit rebound guy – but the Nuggets need him to come up BIG at home and he may answer the bell and pay off handsomely.

2-pointers: Devin Booker (Suns) Over 2.5 made threes +140 (returns $24.00) In addition to hitting 8 threes in the clincher in L.A., Booker has gone for 4 or more at Golden State, Brooklyn, Houston, Charlotte, Memphis. Tonight, maybe Denver.

Michael Porter Jr. (Nuggets) Over 26.5 points, rebounds, assists +110 (returns $21.00) Porter had a bad game last time out and has not been great on the road. In his three playoff games at home, however, he's averaged a PRA of almost 33.

Trae Young (Hawks) double-double +105 (returns $20.50) Young has averaged 10 assists throughout the playoffs and has had double-doubles in both Sixers games.

Chris Paul (Suns) double-double +100 (returns $20.00) Paul hasn't shot the ball well in road playoff games but that could be more related to his shoulder than jitters. He cashed for me last game, I see no reason he can't do it again.

Free throws: Tobias Harris (Sixers) Over 31.5 points, rebounds, assists -105 (returns $19.60) In seven playoff games, Harris has only been below this number once.

Thursday Results

Winners:

2-pointers: Paul George (Clippers) Over 4.5 assists +105 (returns $20.50) George had 6 assists in a strong game - but the Clippers lost 117-111.

Free throws: Royce O'Neale (Jazz) Over 7.5 points -109 (returns $19.20) A three from O'Neale with 4:12 to go, somehow got him to 8 points.

Losers:

3-pointers: Terance Mann (Clippers) Over 0.5 threes +350 (returns $45.00) Mann played a minute and didn't take a shot. One minute

Blake Griffin (Nets) double-double +334 (returns $43.40) Griffin had 5 points and 6 boards in 30 minutes.

Jrue Holiday (Bucks) double-double +335 (returns $43.50) Holiday went 9-4-5 as Giannis and Middleton dominated the Bucks 86-point offense.
