We've hit another difficult patch in the season because teams are trying to adjust to a spate of injuries. Will the defense be more affected than the offense, will anyone be able to run the points, who knows? Try to enjoy the games.

3-pointers: TRAIL BLAZERS -3.5 Over Nets and Under 233 +255 (returns $35.50) I thought I had a lock parlay last night with the Timberwolves and Thunder so proceed with caution. But . . . The Nets are without KD, Kyrie, and Landry Shamet off the bench and James Harden is questionable with a neck injury. Unless Harden plays and goes off for 40, it's hard to see how the Nets put up a big number. To be in this game, the able-bodied are going to have to defend and slow the pace. Damian Lillard has had knee pain for the Blazers but is expected to go.

2-pointers: Brandon Ingram (Pelicans) Over 24.5 AND PELICANS Win +165 (returns $26.50). The Pels should win a home game against a Lakers team without its two best players. Ingram has not been shooting the ball well from deep the last three games and still put up 30 in two of them.

HEAT moneyline win Over Suns +110 (returns $21.00) The Suns are the better team but this is their first road game after a long homestand and the Heat are coming off two home losses to the Pacers, so they're going to be steaming. I think it's a good spot for an upset pick.

Steals: Julius Randle (Knicks) Over 42.5 points, rebounds, assists -118 (returns $18.50) I'm looking for Randle to have a Randle-like game against a Wizards squad that likes to push pace. That +700 triple-double number is tempting, but you never know if the Knicks are going to make enough shots to get the assists.
