Wednesday NBA Props: Fats likes Ben Simmons, Zion Williamson, Elfrid Payton, the Knicks, & Blazers vs Pelicans

Knicks at MAGIC 7:05 pm EST, Rockets at SIXERS 7:35 pm, Trail Blazers at PELICANS 9:05 pm

To quote Mary Chapin Carpenter, "Sometime you're the windshield, sometime you're the bug." Lats night, Fats was the bug. I went 1-5 on my picks but really had a second winner in Gary Trent Jr., that I wrote up but didn't list. My bad.

Wednesday picks

The Trail Blazers are rolling, The Pelicans are scoring. I'm going with the over. Zion Williamson has gone over 35.5 PRA in his last three games and tonight is playing a Blazers team that gives up points on a road trip back-to-back.

The Sixers are coming home off a three-game losing streak to face a Rockets team that's fighting injuries and lost its mojo. Joel Embiid is expected to play, so assuming he does, the Sixers should roll. Ben Simmons has been playing with some fire recently, so over 32.5 points, rebounds, assists seems like a sucker bet, but I'm taking it.

Lastly, I gotta go with my Knicks, trying to reach the .500 mark in Orlando and Elfrid Payton, who's been on a nice run.
