NBA Prop Bets Monday: Hot Fats picks Chris Paul, DeMarcus Cousins, Josh Richardson, Kristaps Porzingis, & more

Fats had a terrific Sunday afternoon going 4-1 with two +350 double-double wins. Only Jayson Tatum failed to hit his number.

When the Timberwolves play the Mavericks there should be a lot of shots and the Wolves tend to miss a lot of shots. I think Josh Richardson will grab 4 boards and Kristaps Porzingis will snag enough misses to get a double-double.

The Cavs and Suns Over 215.5 seems like a sucker bet, but I'm gonna take it anyway. The Cavs have been playing no O or D recently and I think they've got be a little better against the Suns, who've been consistent but are also due for an offensive breakout game. In games against teams that play minimal D, Chris Paul tends to get a lot of assists. I'm going to take him at +310 to get his 7th double-double of the season.

Another sucker bet could be the Rockets vs. Hornets. The Rockets had been playing great, but now Christian Wood is out and John Wall and Eric Gordon are getting the night off. How could I not take the Hornets +1.5 at home. And one more potential sucker bet for the road: I love DeMarcus Cousins but +177 for him to NOT get a double-double on the road in a game without Wall and Gordon seems too good to pass up. The crazy-talented Cousins could go off for 25-15 in this game, but it's not like he's Nikola Jokic putting up doubles every night. Those odds are too good. Like I said, sucker bet?
