Bucks vs Nuggets without Giannis – The game may be Mile High but Greg Frank doesn't think the score will be

0-1 Sunday, 107-102-2 Overall.

Bucks (+5.5) @ Nuggets (222.5)

Pick: Under 222.5

Milwaukee heads to the Mile High City down their superstar for most of this week, Giannis Antetokounmpo, with a knee injury. Fading the Bucks sans the Greek Freak might seem pretty easy, but we’re staying away from the side in this one. It’s too difficult to know how the rest of Milwaukee’s roster will perform without their centerpiece. Will players thrive with bigger roles or are they not good enough to perform admirably in such roles? We’ll instead play the game under the total knowing that even if the Bucks have success minus Antetokounmpo, it’s going to be hard to replace his 29.6 points per game against a Denver team that ranks in the top half of the NBA in several defensive categories. This total also indicates some nice value on the under too. The Nuggets are 5.5-point chalk with a total of 222.5. On the year, Denver is averaging 110.6 points per game. Should the Nuggets score around that number tonight, and win like they’re expected to, there’s considerable wiggle room on the under.
