Thursday BoopProps - Sixers vs. New York Knicks

Well, the limping Sixers could use two things right about now . . .

1) Home Game . . . Check.

2) Bad Opponent . . . Check.

Yes, it is the Knicks (17-41) who head to town after losing in Charlotte Wednesday. (And allow us to point out at this time that New York and Philadelphia have the same exact 9-21 road record.)

But we digress . . .

What can be lost in the losses of Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid and the 1,903 points they have scored for the Sixers this season, is their defensive prowess (or is it prowesses?).

The last two times the Knicks were in town, they put 109 and 104 up on the board. And those two guys played in both. Are we smelling the Over here yet? No, try these two gems . . .

> Since Dec. 13, 11 of the Sixers’ 15 home games have gone Over.

> The Knicks’ last three road games have gone Over.

The O/L is hovering around the 211 mark. But, as we often opt to do, we are going for a slightly larger number, just to get the better odds.

Sixers-Knicks –

Over 213.5 (+120) . . . $10 / $12
