We noticed that Joel Embiid is averaging slightly more rebounds - and nearly a full assist - per game on the road than at home this season, so we went and checked out the early line on his Points+Rebounds+Assist Total for the Sixers game at Indiana Thursday. What we found was an O/U of 43.5.
A quick look at his game logs yielded the fact that he had reached that total in five straight road games (four easily) before Sunday’s struggle against the Knicks in Madison Square Garden.
With all the talk of how important of a test these next 12 games are for the Sixers, we expect the Big Man to bring his Big Game and leave his mark all over the box score.
