The UFC is heading to London for a stacked Fight Night Card this Saturday, March 22nd! The card is headlined by what should be an amazing fight between former Welterweight Champion Leon Edwards and rising star Sean Brady. Along with the main event, there are a ton of fun fights that should be action-packed all the way through.

Today, I will break down my 3 favorite bets for this weekend’s fight card. Let’s get into it!

Marcin Tybura (26-9) vs Mick Parkin (10-0)

This should be a very intriguing fight between a veteran of the Heavyweight division, Tybura, and a rising prospect who is 4-0 so far in his young UFC career. Tybura has been in the UFC since 2016 and has compiled a 13-8 record.

Currently sitting at #8 in the Heavyweight rankings, he will be acting as a true test for Parkin. Parkin made his UFC debut in the Contender Series and has since won 4 consecutive UFC fights. Now, he will be fighting in his home country of England and taking on his toughest opponent yet.

Parkin is still young in his fighting career with only 10 fights under his belt, so this will be a big test against a veteran who has been in multiple Main Event fights.

In my opinion, this fight will come down to Parkins's ability to stay away from Tybura’s grappling and I’m not sure he will be able to. I am rolling with the veteran in this fight. This is a huge jump in competition for Parkin and I think Tybura will wear on him throughout the fight.

MY PICK: Marcin Tybura -105

Jan Blachowicz (29-10-1) vs Carlos Ulberg (12-1)

We have a very fun matchup here between former Champion, Jan Blachowicz, and rising contender Carlos Ulberg. This is the Co-main event, and one fight I am very interested to see. Blachowicz hasn’t been very active since his title run, and his record is 1-1-1 since he lost the belt to Glover Texiera back in 2021.

However, his last two fights came against current Champ Magomed Ankalaev, which ended in a draw, and Alex Pereira, where he lost a split decision. Ulberg is a great prospect who currently sits 6th in the LHW rankings. He is 7-1 in the UFC and has 4 of his wins by KO/TKO. If he can manage to take out Jan, it will be enough to start asking for a title shot.

This fight, in my opinion, is going to come down to fight savvy. I think Jan has taken on the best of the best at the 205 weight class, and he has competed at every step. He may be 42 now, but I think he has the ability to compete with Ulberg, who may be younger and faster, but hasn’t faced anywhere near the competition Jan has.

Blachowicz is going to put some pressure on him, similar to how he fought Pereira in my eyes. Keep Ulberg’s back to the cage, shooting some takedown attempts and not allowing him to strike from range. I’m taking Jan for one last run.

MY PICK: Jan Blachowicz +240

Leon Edwards (22-4) vs Sean Brady (17-1)

I can’t believe this fight is only headlining a Fight Night, but the London Crowd is going to go nuts for the former Champion Leon Edwards. For Edwards, this is his first fight since losing the belt to Belal Muhammed last July.

In that fight, he really didn’t look his best and struggled with his takedown defense. He now faces another serious grappler in Sean Brady who has been on the rise. Brady’s only loss in his pro career came at the hands of Muhammed, losing by a rare Belal TKO. He has since rattled off back-to-back wins and will be looking to seal the deal on a rematch with Belal.

This fight is going to be electric. Edwards is electric on his feet, and we have also seen him handle the takedown defense well. However, Sean Brady is relentless in his grappling game and if he does manage to drag you down, you are in trouble.

I think Brady will push the pace on Leon and make this fight really uncomfortable for him. As long as he avoids the big shot, I think Brady is too skilled to lose this fight. Give me Philly’s own Sean Brady to spoil the night in London.

MY PICK: Sean Brady -170
