The UFC returns with another PPV, one we expected to see McGregor vs Chandler, but I am sure most of you are not shocked by the changes on the card! I, for one, love these changes. I like a lot of these matchups and it is going to be one heck of a night!
Look, I am going out on a limb here, I think the easy way out would be to take Pereira ML or KO. That undoubtedly could happen, but Jiri has seen this once and knows better. Jiri is a tough man to back as he fights with reckless abandon, but he also is very skilled and experienced.
Jiri has felt the power and made the mistakes, he also looked pretty good in the first round and I believe can get this done. Jiri is 30-4 in his career with 29 finishes. A submission or KO by Jiri is not out of the question and he may also be able to wrestle his way to a decision.
I think there are multiple paths for Jiri to get his hand raised and with this plus money price, I have to back the dog looking for his belt back. Alex may have his eyes set on moving up to heavyweight, and all Jiri wants to do is redeem himself.
Must be 18+ (19+ in AL and NE, 21+ in AZ, IA, LA, and MA) and present in a state where Fantasy operates. Concerned with your play? Call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit www.ncpgambling.org.
Roman Dolidze is not Vitor Petrino and will not make those same mistakes. Dolidze has faced some tough competition as of late and I still trust him coming in on a 2 fight losing streak. He is a good grappler averaging 1.3 takedowns per match, which I believe he will look to exploit.
Dolidze has decent striking defense, which he will need vs Smith. I respect Anthony Smith very much, he is very skilled on his feet and on the ground.
I believe Dolidze over the course of the first round and a half will wear on Smith too much with pressure against the cage and hitting Smith with enough shots we may see a finish by Dolidze, or he will grind out a decision.
I am playing these 4 legs and looking to hit 3 as I do believe all 4 have a great shot to hit!
Leg 1: Bueno Silva va Chiasson Higher 14.99 Fight Time
I love looking for over round props in womens mma! We see a lot of decisions and this is a fight I can see getting to the 3rd round.
Silva and Chiasson will test each other on the feet, but I believe we will get some long drawn out grappling exchanges which will help push this fight to the latter rounds.
Leg 2: Joe Pyfer Higher 0.5 Finishes
I picked Pyfer ML for a premium play and I do believe he has a 60%+ chance to win this by KO or Submission. Pyfer has serious power and I like his chances to catch Marc-Andre on the feet, or via ground and pound.
If Pyfer cannot get to that angle for a take out shot, he has the ground game to catch a submission on the much older fighter.
Leg 3: Andre Fili Higher 0.5 Finishes
Fili is coming off a KO himself, perhaps too soon, but he has a perfect matchup in a should be retiring Cub Swanson. Swanson is absolutely a live dog, but I see this going 2 ways for Fili, KO Win, or a decision Win.
He is the younger and faster fighter here, and has 10 KOs to his name. I like him to have a big finish here!
Leg 4: Alex Pereira Lower 0.5 Finishes
I am taking this naturally because I am on the Jiri side to win, so this cannot happen. But it does have a good chance to happen.
I am trusting Jiri to learn his lessons and pick his spots when to enter for takedowns, which he will need in this fight.
