Altuve’s off to a smoking hot start in 2025. He’s already batting .389 with a homer under his belt. He’s been consistent through the early stretch of games, going 7-for-18 in the last 4 games with an OPS over 1.000. That’s hard to beat.
Tonight, he’s facing the Guardians and Logan Allen, a lefty who posted a 5.51 ERA last year. Altuve mashed .305 vs. LHPs in 2024 and had a .333 average overall against Cleveland last season, including a bomb deep to left field.
This is a boom-or-bust swing, but with his matchup, unquestionable power potential, and insane 5.17x return, it's worth the shot.

Kreidler also doesn’t have any track record against Seattle and hasn’t shown he can string together productive ABs. This will be unfamiliar territory for him. If he’s buried in the lineup and not generating scoring chances, this prop is a smart fade.

Tatis brings a bit of everything to the field every day, and tonight he’s got a clear opportunity to swipe a bag. He’s already stolen one this season and had 8 steals in just 80 games last year which goes to show he’s not afraid to take off when the situation’s right.
Against Cleveland’s Logan Allen, the lefty starter with a slow move to the plate and high ERA, Tatis should have chances if he gets on — and he’ll get on. He’s hitting .409 already this season with multiple multi-hit games, so getting on base definitely isn’t an issue.
A 3.01x multiplier on a player with elite speed and high OBP? That’s some of the best Underdog value of the day. We love this pick in a spot where San Diego may look to stay aggressive on the basepaths.
