Wednesday MLB Strikeout Props: Batman Krothers picks Frankie Montas, Wade Miley, and Corbin Burnes

Athletics @ Indians, 7:10 pm ET

For our first pick today we are going with the A's Frankie Montas. I'm seeing lots of speculation online about this game with most people going with the over. The BKPM™ is actually giving me very little to go with here as it's sticking right at thee 6.5 model and the line is - as you guessed it - at 6.5. Digging in a bit myself I think he'll actually hit 7-8, so I'm taking the over and -105 from DraftKings.

Reds @ Braves, 7:20 pm ET

For pick #2 today I'm going with season long disappointment Wade Miley. I expected much more from him this season and, thus far, every time I've picked him to hit the over he goes under. So what am I doing this time? Of course, picking the over again! This is a matchup where he should get ~7 strikeouts and the over/under is set at 4.5. I'll take the over 4.5 and +120 from the folks at BetMGM. You may want to bet against me on this one.

Brewers @ Cubs, 8:05 pm ET

We're closing out the day picking against the only fully AAA team in the majors right now, the Cubbies. They have to face Brewers' ace Corbin Burnes and I almost feel sorry for them. The line is set at 7.5 and this is an easy over for me - take the -122 from our friends at FanDuel.
