Saturday MLB with Joe Wiz: NY Mets, Philadelphia Phillies continue top of NL East battle

My, how the National League East battle has heated up over the last month.

Coming into Saturday, the Philadelphia Phillies have now caught and passed the New York Mets, taking a half-game lead into the second game of their series Saturday.

It is Tylor Megill vs Ranger Suarez, and the Phillies' starter still has an ERA that is 1.03 (allowed just five runs in 43.1 innings).

Despite that, I think the Mets could find a way to win and move back in front by the slimmest of margins in the NL East.
