MLB Friday - Albert on Dodgers v Giants, Twins v Tigers, Rockies v Mets, Nationals v Padres, Kershaw, deGromm, Fedde

Favorite Pick of the Day:
Dodgers (-225) over Giants

Dingers Pick of the Day
Twins vs. Tigers Over (8.5)

Are You Sure? Pick of the Day:
Rockies (+163) over Mets

Pick’em of the Day:
Nationals (-110) over Padres

The Skinny:
Any time Clayton Kershaw is on the mound is a pretty good opportunity to win some coin. Historically, Kershaw has been a killer against his division opponents. The Dodgers are 42-9 in Kershaw’s last 51 starts vs. National League West. Don’t expect that second number to hit double digits against the struggling Giants. . . . The Twins hit a lot of dingers. They are playing the Tigers on the road, and Over is 6-2-1 in their last nine road games. Over is also 6-1 in Twins last seven road games vs. a left-handed starter and 4-2-1 in their last seven overall. I like it. . . . Are a lot of these picks the same as yesterday? Yes. Will that stop me? No. Despite Jacob deGrom on the mound for the Mets, the Rockies are the pick. The Rockies are 6-0 in their last six games vs. a starter with a WHIP less than 1.15. And we all know the Mets struggle to win even when deGrom throws gems. They are 2-8 in the last 10 games he pitches in. . . . You can’t get me two days in a row, San Diego! This time, Washington has the right guy on the mound on the road. The Nationals are 4-1 in Erick Fedde’s last five road starts vs. a team with a winning record. Plus, the Padres are 0-4 in their last four games following a win.
