MLB Thursday: Albert’s Quick Pitch Picks - Giants v Nationals, Phillies v Rockies, Mariners v Angels, and Dodgers v Brewers

Favorite Pick of the Day:
NATIONALS (-205) over Giants

Over/Under of the Day
Phillies v ROCKIES – UNDER (11)

Pick’em of the Day:
Mariners (-110) over ANGELS

If You Must:
BREWERS (+100) over Dodgers

The Skinny:
I will preface this by saying I don’t LOVE this play. Patrick Corbin has had an okay start to the year, but there’s not enough info to feel confident. What gives me hope for the Nats is that the Giants are 1-10 in their last 11 after scoring five runs or more in their previous game and the Nationals are 14-3 in their last 17 after allowing five runs or more in their previous game. . . . Kyle Freeland has been an ace at home for the Rockies, and Zach Eflin has had a nice start to the year. Under is 5-1-1 in the Rockies last seven overall and under is 6-1 in Eflin’s last 7 starts with 4 days of rest. With a high total of 11, this seems like a good play. . . . The Mariners have cooled off a bit, but are still one of the best teams in the game They are not only 6-0 in their last six road games, but are 6-1 in their last seven against the Angels. Worth a shot. . . . On the surface it looks like a game the Dodgers should win, but dig deep into the trends and you’ll find something different. The Dodgers are 1-5 in Julio Urias' last six road starts against a team with a winning record and are 0-4 in their last four road games. Again, if you must.
