Race 8: 4th@ 9.40/1

After a scratch in Race 1, Film Star got caught wide and flattened out with his run, in race 2. In Race 8, Wise Conversation raced in between horses and battled on gamely while fourth.

Race 8: Harlan’s Bond - 1 pt win (US Morning Line Odds: 10/1)

Allowance runners close out our day sprinting six furlongs. Harlan’s Bond has run a strong second in her last two starts while facing better running against open company claimers. Trainer David Donk can pop at a price in these types of races and this three-year-old daughter of Good Samaritan has run her career best races at today’s track and distance.
