Thursday’s Race Recap from Aqueduct:
(All odds US)
Aqueduct:
Race 3: 3rd@ 4.20/1
Race 6: 1st@ 2.45/1 🔥🔥🔥 - BEST BET
Race 8: 1st@ 4.30/1 🔥🔥🔥 - 2 pts win!
In Race 3, Unicorn Cake stalked and faded. In Race 6, Ain’t Broke broke last and I was cursing jockey Eric Cancel, but she proved much too much for these as she looped the field in 1/4 mile and drew off under a hammerlock winning as easy as you please at an overlaid 2.45/1 as our BEST BET. In Race 8, Refuah went to the lead, dropped back and sat the trip just off the speeds before taking charge in the stretch and holding off the 7/5 favorite easily. That gave us our SECOND 2 point WINNER of the afternoon!
Let’s take a look at Friday’s races from Aqueduct!
Aqueduct:
Race 6: Misintention - 1 pt win (US Morning Line Odds: 5/2)
Three-year-old maiden fillies race a mile. I like Misintention here. Trainer Bill Mott’s barn has gone a little cold at 11% for the meet. It’s the wintertime and these things happen. That may actually help our odds. Misintention exits a race where she was facing better than she’ll meet today. Getting blinkers for the first time last out, this miss rallied smartly late defeating all but 1 of her 10 rivals. Trainer tabs his top rider for this one.
Best of luck to all our members playing Friday’s races from Aqueduct!
