Welcome back!!! It’s a new day, new week and a brand new month! October is behind us and yeah that was ugly, but we closed out the month with a 20/1 hit that I know a bunch of our members caught. Now it’s Breeders’ Cup week so there’s a lot of excitement looking ahead to Friday and Saturday but we’re going to start with some races from Churchill Downs where we’re expecting sunny skies and frigid temperatures with a fast, main track and a firm turf course. Let’s get to work!

Churchill Downs:

Race 9: Her Ladyship - 1 pt win (US Morning Line Odds: 15/1)

Three-year-olds and older will race a mile in this allowance race for fillies and mares. Sultry Lass is 5/1 on the morning line but I think she’ll go favored off a blowout score on debut but she’s gotta deal with a nine-month layoff. Her Ladyship might be overlooked in this spot. She too returned from a layoff last time out running on nicely while finishing fourth, only a few lengths behind 4/1 morning line rival Amber Cascade. She’s had three works since that return effort and she appears to be improving. Trainer Rusty Arnold has won with 15% of his 262 starters here at Churchill Downs and I’m giving her the 15/1 nod in this spot.

Best of luck to all our members playing Wednesday’s races from Churchill Downs!
