God's Tipster's Wednesday Keeneland Pick: In 8th, a mile on turf, we're seeking Divina intervention

We’re back with another FANTASTIC week of racing from around the US with the Grade 1 Queen Elizabeth at Keeneland on Sunday as our feature race of the week. We’ll kick things off with a Wednesday card from Keeneland where we expect more fast and firm conditions. Let’s get to work!

Keeneland:

Race 8: Luz Divina - 1 pt win (US Morning Line Odds: 7/2)

Maiden two-year-old fillies race a mile on turf. Luz Divina is my selection here based on two bang-up performances in two career starts. First time out she finished a fast-closing third to Life’s an Audible who just herself finished a fast-closing second in the Grade 2 Miss Grillo Stakes at Aqueduct this past weekend. Last time out she raced with the pace and battled gamely defeating 10 rivals, but she wasn’t able to defeat Buchu who would return to win the Grade 2 Jessamine this past weekend at Keeneland by nearly four lengths. Both of those fillies are likely headed to the Breeders’ Cup. That makes this miss the class of this field and very much the one to beat. 7/2 is value here. I think she’ll be closer to 2/1 here in the US by post time.
