Aqueduct:

Race 1: 1st@ 0.40/1 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Race 4: 2nd@ 2.10/1

Race 7: 5th@ 4.30/1

Days in a row with at least one winner give out: 9 🔥

Another day another WINNER as My Man Matty began our day with a (almost) gate to wire victory after breaking slowly and having to rush up. We only got 2/5 odds here in the US so I hope you were able to lock in the 4/5 morning line at the very least with your bookmaker. In Race 4, Will Be Famous dropped from 5/1 to 2/1 in the final minute of wagering and battled for the early lead with the Rudy Rodriguez entry and was ultimately overhauled by a debut runner who was co-favored while being second and well clear of the other runners. In Race 7, Baby Man did all the dirty work up front and faded in the drive while his entry-mate - Suspended Campaign came with a flying finish only to get sandwiched between horses and checked before the finish.

We’ll hop another flight to South Florida and catch the Friday race card from Gulfstream. We are expecting fast and firm conditions beneath sunny skies. Let’s get started!

Friday at Gulfstream Park:

Race 9: Capture Mi - 1 pt win (US Morning Line Odds: 10/1)

We’ll close out our Friday with a 1 1/16th race on synthetic polytrack for lower-level claimers. We’ve got a full field drawn for this one and they’re all evenly matched on paper. The morning line favorite is Beauty Amazed and those odds appear to be based solely on his connections as his starts in Ireland on polytrack are a cut below this group and his one start in the U.S. on turf wasn’t pretty. Capture Mi is one of only two with a win at both the track and distance and owns the field’s top speed figures over synthetic by a wide margin. This gelding was recently claimed by a 20% winning barn from a 12% winning barn who wins with new acquisitions 29% of the time. Two works since his last start have him legged up for this.

Best of luck to all our members playing Friday’s races from Gulfstream Park!
