God's Tipster's Thursday Saratoga Pick: The 10th is turf sprint for maidens, longshot looks to Strut her stuff

Saratoga:

Race 8: 8th@ 8.90/1

Race 9: 1st@ 9.70/1 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Race 10: 3rd@ 22.70/1

In Race 8 we took a shot with Argentinian invader, Far Away Love but she was unable to keep up with her U.S. counterparts and would benefit from some class relief. In Race 9, Dream Central just got up over heavily favored She’s a Mia at overlaid odds of nearly 10/1.. In Race 10, we had wild longshot, Jurkovic who went off at 22/1 and outran his odds finishing a sharp 3rd off the layoff.

A 10/1 winner and a 22/1 third place pick from three selections on the day. Saratoga is heating up!

Let’s head right back to balmy Saratoga where these HOT temperatures are expected to lead to some unsettled weather for Thursday. There’s a 50% chance of thunderstorms as of the writing of this email. Praying for fast and firm conditions. Let’s get started.

Thursday at Saratoga:

Race 10: Strut - 1 pt win (US Morning Line Odds: 12/1)

Maiden runners sprint 5 1/2 furlongs on turf. There are a few really well bred ones in here and there are a few that might get overlooked. Strut is one such runner. Strut is a half sister to Chasing Time, a solid sprinter on the three year old circuit. Connections paid two and a half times the asking price for a runner sired by Bernardini for this one so she must be a looker. The last three workouts are bullets and these connections know how to win on turf. If we get rained onto the main track, I’m equally confident she’ll handle that surface and 12/1 odds are more than fair.
