God's Tipster's Wednesday Delaware Park Pick: The 7th is the Peach Blossom Stakes – Murph on turf the choice

We’re back with racing from Delaware Park for Wednesday. We’ve had beautiful weather these last few weeks and we’re looking for that trend to continue. We’re expecting a fast main track and a firm turf course. Let’s get to work.

Wednesday at Delaware Park:

Race 7: Murph - 1 pt win (US Morning Line Odds: 7/2)

Gotta love Stakes races on a Wednesday. Today’s feature event is the Peach Blossom at 7 1/2 furlongs on turf. We’ve got a pretty evenly matched field of runners signed on here. Murph breaks from the outside after facing Breeder’s Cup winning Pizza Bianca last time out in the Hilltop Stakes on Preakness weekend. She gets blinkers taken off today so she should be able to stalk the pace likely to be set by Double Fireball. Trainer Brittany Russell is winning at a 32% rate this meet and I find it hard to believe we’ll get 7/2 morning line odds here in the States. If you’re able to lock them in with your bookmakers, please do so.
